There are different aspects to human interaction that compose and determine romantic relationships. On this first edition of Conscious Dating Latihan, you will be led to safely investigate your style of attachment, within a dynamic and playful meditative setting.

It may be that intellectually you already have been able to identify how you function within closely intimate and romantic relationships. Yet, exploring this through the body gives  rise to embodied wisdom. So on this evening, you will acquire awareness around your attachment style attitudes, inspiration on how to navigate  more securely and realistically in the dating scene while, on site, meet other beings who also long for Union, beyond self-sabotage and mind games.

Drawing experience and inspiration from the vast world of therapeutical Tantra, somatic work, Gestalt and Sufi-Latihan, the evening is organized in three stages whereby the first stage takes you into a somatic journey of self-exploration and- recognition. The second stage leads you through dynamic ways of mirroring and being mirrored (a key experience in Romantic relationships) while the third stage invites you into an aesthetic experience of becoming deeply anchored within your center, the space from where the meeting with another unfolds from Trust within.

This workshop/experience has been designed to train you into a more liquid way of navigating reality; it will be fun but also sensitive and reflective, and in the process you will learn about a major building stone of Attraction namely, Attachment Style and its energetics.
